Jocelyn G. Wechter was born and raised in Lake County. She graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. Ms. Wechter earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. She earned high honors and competed on Loyola’s Mock Trial team. Upon graduating from law school, Ms. Wechter clerked for the Illinois Appellate Court Justice and taught a high school law course in Chicago.
Prior to joining Denis M. Gravel & Associates, P.C., Jocelyn was an attorney at O’Connor Law Firm and Dworskin & Maciariello where she practiced personal injury law in Chicago. In 2018, Ms. Wechter joined our firm because she wanted to be more than just an attorney – she wanted to be a support system. Ms. Wechter thoroughly enjoys advocating for her clients and uses her caring, yet firm demeanor to obtain optimal results. She is a fierce, knowledgeable, and confident litigant inside the courtroom, while remaining a compassionate and empathetic ear to her clients outside of the courtroom.
